Our personal training program allows you to partner with one of our knowledgeable certified trainers who will create a bespoke workout program to help you meet your fitness needs. Our trainers will work closely with you to learn about your fitness goals, understand any injuries, and create a custom plan that combines cardiovascular training with strength training, free weight workouts, core work, and basic functional fitness. Meet Hosh Ahvari, our Director of Fitness here at All 4 Health N’ Wellness…

Hosh Ahvari is NASM Certified personal trainer with certifications from NCCPT Aerobics and the Fitness Association of America. Hosh studied kinesiology at Orange County College in the Fitness Trainer Program. He specializes in one-on-one and group sessions that focus on stretching, targeting specific muscle groups, and building strength and agility. As the Director of Fitness at All 4 Health N Wellness, he strives to ensure that clients receive the best personal training for the wellness needs.

Sports-Specific Training

Sports-Specific Training is a custom strength, agility and conditioning program designed around the elements of a specific sport, offered here at All 4 Health N’ Wellness. Whether your sport is basketball, baseball, tennis, or volleyball, join us to improve your athletic performance by training with one of our sports-specific certified trainers, many of whom are retired professional athletes themselves.

Meet Taylor King, our Sports Specific Training Program Director…

Born and raised in Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley, California, Taylor began playing basketball in second grade on a local National Junior Basketball team. Throughout elementary school and high school, Taylor played on a nationally ranked 17u AAU team–Southern California All-Stars. Recognized as one of the highest ranked incoming freshmen in the country, Taylor enrolled at Mater Dei High School, where he had one of the most successful high school careers in California History. Finishing his high school career in 2007 as Orange County’s all-time leader in points scored (3,216) 2nd in rebounding with 1,456 and 2nd in career 3-point’s made (370). Taylor led the team to three consecutive State Championship games, winning title in 2007.  

In 2006 Taylor was part of the FIBA Americas under-18 team that defeated Argentina for the championship, averaging 12-ppg during the tournament. Taylor was a part of the 2007 McDonalds All-American team that featured players such as Derrick Rose, Kevin Love, James Harden, and Eric Gordon. Taylor went on to play at both Duke and Villanova University under two of the most influential coaches in College Basketball, Mike Krzyzewski and Jay Wright. Pursuing his dream of playing professional basketball, Taylor has played internationally for seven consecutive years in 11 countries. In 2016, Taylor was named MVP of the British Basketball League Trophy Final leading Leicester to the tournament championship.

Today, Taylor aspires to take his experiences he has learned from his many influential coaches into the next chapter of his life. 


Training with Hosh has been one of the best blessings in my life. I was in a deep depression from the separation of my ex-wife. He found me in deep pain and his personal training sessions truly brought me back to life. He trained me to get in a better shape and, as a result, I lost 20 pounds of fat and got back to 218lbs of solid muscle. On top of training, he taught me how to breathe correctly during workouts and how to train with correct form. Thank you very much Hosh, for getting me in such great shape.
