PERSONAL TRAINING

Our personal training program allows you to partner with one of our knowledgeable certified trainers who will create a bespoke workout program to help you meet your fitness needs. Our trainers will work closely with you to learn about your fitness goals, understand any injuries, and create a custom plan that combines cardiovascular training with strength training, free weight workouts, core work, and basic functional fitness.

OUR TRAINERS

Big Will

Will Robertson, or “Big Will” as everyone calls him, is the founder of Wardance Training, and has been teaching boxing, kickboxing, personal training, sports-specific conditioning, boot camp classes and HIIT circuit training for 20 years now.

Hosh

Hosh Ahvari is NASM Certified personal trainer with a certifications in NCCPT Aerobics and the Fitness Association of America. Hosh studied kinesiology at Orange County College in the Fitness Trainer Program. He specializes in one-on-one and group sessions that focus on stretching, targeting specific muscle groups, and building strength and agility.

Ken (KC)

KC’s passion is fitness and exercise . KC has a genuine desire to assist others in need. He has a history of training professional athletes and celebrities in Orange County.

Nancy

Meet Nancy! Her fun but effective take on training and biomechanics stems from her point of view as a Penn State engineer and colleague tennis player.

Rich

Rich is certified in NASM , ACSM ; is an IVC Fitness Specialist , Post rehab specialist , Olympic lifting strength and conditioning coach . Rich specializes in body composition management, posture, flexibility and weight management .

Amanda

Amanda has been a personal trainer in Orange County since 2012. In her years of being a trainer she has trained a variety of men and women of all age groups using different weight training techniques she has learned over the years. She has done 2 NPC bikini competitions and uses her experience from them in her training. She is currently working on expanding her business by getting certified in nutrition as well as starting a health and fitness blog.

Torri

Torri works with each of his clients on an individual basis, focusing on achieving long-term results through challenging and constantly varied workouts. His expertise is in dance and functional training through innovative fitness techniques. With about ten years of experience in the fitness and dance industry, Torri offers a dynamic approach, positive energy and humor combined with hard work.

Taylor

Taylor's passion for fitness started as a star high school athlete. After attending both Duke and Villanova Universities, Taylor has brought his own passion for sports and fitness to help train others.

Emily

Emily was introduced to Jeet Kune Do and kickboxing in the summer of 2015 after a 50 pound weight loss journey. Emily was going through an insecure period of her life and wanted to feel strong and confident again, especially as a new single mother. Emily has been a fitness trainer for 3 years, and she started to train in boxing for her first Wardance Fiasco in early 2017.

Tatiana Polizos

Tatiana is an Olympic coach and Plant Based Nutritionist motivating and inspiring athletes via proper nutrition and condition optimization. She is certified in Nutrition for Health and Wellbeing and Plant based nutrition from Cornell University. Her resume also includes Cont Ed at Harvard University. Through her 10 plus hear career, clients include professional and Olympic athletes from an array of sports; D1 athletes, fitness models, celebrities preparing for athletic movie roles, and high profile clients, as well as individuals focusing on body composition/lifestyle changes and overall health. She has been an athlete all her life and lives a healthy lifestyle as far as she can remember. Leading by example, she continues to compete at the age of 41.
